OliBox is able to archive and index all types of documents, information (e.g. emails, minutes, invoices, technical specifications, statements, dossiers, reports …) and files in various formats (pdf, word, excel, txt, jpeg etc.) making them instantly accessible when you need them.

The OliBox innovative search system in fact offers much more than a simple text search function. Every file in the archive is searched for by keywords of interest. Each document is then assigned a score based on the relevance of its content with respect to the specified search criteria.
